SupplierOnline is available in two versions:

SupplierOnline Basic

An online, web-based sales order management tool for marine suppliers for handling up to 5 customers. SupplierOnline Basic is easy to use and provides you with all the functionality you require to handle Requests for Quote (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from 5 customers. As soon as you handle more than 5 customers electronically you can select any of the other supplier products MTS offer; SupplierOnline Advanced or SupplierLink.

SupplierOnline Advanced
An online, web-based sales order management tool for marine suppliers for handling unlimited number of customers.  SupplierOnline Advanced is easy to use and provides you with all the functionality you require to handle Requests for Quote (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from your customers. SupplierOnline Advanced provides you with one common interface for all transactions you process electronically, with an unlimited number of customers. This means that you no longer have to access a number of websites or handle different spreadsheets and programs to process e-transactions. 

SupplierOnline Advanced include advanced features such as:

• Order dashboard/Track and trace orders; Functionality where you can monitor, review and keep track of all existing RFQs, quotes, purchase orders and order confirmations you have received and processed.
• Compare documents; functionality where you can compare documents, for example the order confirmation with the quote.
• Electronic product catalogue; functionality for product hosting and product search. You can easily load and maintain your product and price data in SupplierOnline Advanced. When handling your customers enquiries, you have easy access to your product and price data which can be entered directly in your quote and/or order confirmation.
• Automated creation of quotes and order confirmations; when using the electronic catalogue function, SupplierOnline Advanced will automatically validate the data sent by the customer and create your quotes and order confirmations based on the request from the customer and match this with the data you have loaded in your electronic catalogue. This means that you do not have to enter the data yourself.
• Individual user id's and passwords; if you have multiple users in your customer service center, they can get individual user id's and passwords which are adjusted to the customers they are handling. 
   

SupplierOnline is specifically designed for marine suppliers:

• as a tool to get quick access to e-commerce and start trading electronically (before integrating to an existing back office system)
• who do not want to integrate to their existing system
• who do not have an eligible back-office system to integrate to
• who currently are working on an integrated solution to their back office system and who wants an intermediate solution

Access to SupplierOnline requires no comprehensive set-up or configuration.
