SupplierLink allows you to trade electronically with all your customers from your existing sales order management/back office system.
 
Using SupplierLink you will receive Requests for Quote (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from your customers directly into your system. You can easily process your Quotes and Order Confirmations and electronically transmit these back to your customers. If you add our e-invoice solution you can also send electronic invoices directly from your system to your customers, simplifying the invoice process and and eliminating the paper work.
 
SupplierLink provides functionality in order that you easily can provide your customers with direct access to your product and price data. You can also provide your customers with their contracted product and price data.
 
With SupplierLink you have one common interface for all transaction you process electronically. This means that you do not have to access a number of websites or handle different spreadsheets or programs to process your e-transactions. By using SupplierLink you can deal with all your customers electronically - in your own, existing system.
 
Together with SupplierLink you can use our automated washing application Blenda, which is a front end view providing you with tools to automatically check and update data received from your customers, such as product numbers, product descriptions, units of measure etc.
