SupplierAttach is a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet solution for marine suppliers.
SupplierAttach is easy to use and provides you with all the information you require to respond to Requests For Quotes (RFQ’s) and Purchase Orders (PO’s) from your customers. SupplierAttach is sent to you as an attachment to an email. In SupplierAttach you can add prices, product descriptions and other relevant information in the quote and/or order confirmation to your customer.
SupplierAttach functionality:
- Receiving Requests For Quote (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Transactions sent from your customers are received as an email attachment (SupplierAttach), where all required details regarding the customer and the transaction can be reviewed.
- Creating Quotations and Order Confirmation. In SupplierAttach you can reply to the customers’ requests either in the form of a quotation or an order confirmation. SupplierAttach enables you to reply directly or make amendments to the transaction prior to sending.
