Wilhelmsen Marine Services will start with a test period before going into full production with the solution. Mr Hagen says that “We are looking forward to getting experience with the services provided by MTS. Keeping updated with new technology and improving the way we operate our business are imperative to us and we are confident that MTS will provide benefits to our operation. We have investigated the e-business market and find the MTS solutions most appropriate to support Wilhelmsen Marine Services and our suppliers’ e-business initiatives.”
Sales Director John Inge Røtting in MTS says that “I am excited that we have reached agreement with Wilhelmsen Marine Services to go into a test period with them with the intention to go into full production in a few months. Wilhelmsen Marine Services will, via their purchasing system AMOS, be integrated to our e-business solution and will be able to take advantage of the most advanced e-business solution offered in the market today.”
